L'emplacement central, la propreté du logement, la qualité de la literie, la puissance de la climatisation, le petit balcon sans vis-à-vis direct le calme dans la résidence, l'ascenseur pour deux étages,

Trop de meubles dans un espace réduit. Les deux gros fauteuils et la petite table ronde ne permettent pas de déjeuner dans la pièce. Pas de penderie. Manque de placards de taille pour vétements et produits alimentaires.
