"An extremely comfortable stay in a beautiful location."

We were informed where the keys would be by the host. Private off road parking is available and the property is easy to find. The apartment is beautifully appointed, is extremely comfortable and has lovely views down over the bridge to the High Street. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away.

Lovely property. Very comfortable and clean. We loved the wood burning stove which was cosy in very wet weather . Very well equipped kitchen as we cooked our own buffet. Lovely bed linen . We enjoyed it thoroughly. Claire and her husband were attentive and helpful.

"Fantastic place to stay in Peebles."

We loved the place - large, spacious rooms, and all well fitted out. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was excellent. Loved the view to Peebles and the River Tweed. I was nice to walk into the town. All in all, loved it.

Beautiful apartment with exceptional views and a little bit of luxury. Fire pit was a bonus! The host was great, went out of her way to help with my requests to help us decorate with birthday balloons which made the trip really special for my daughter's 16th birthday. Thoroughly recommend.
