Hotel SY Comforts

The staff were extremely good. Unlike what was shown on booking.com they did not have any AC rooms. But the staff made up for it by giving us a better room . Their overall attitude to attend to the smallest of things made up for everything. Room was otherwise comfortable and value for money .

Booking.com seems to be becoming like Oyo and other apps where they do not have control or a proper understanding of their hotels listed in their app nor their facilities. I have been using them since covid and always found them very good. My last 4 bookings were bad and probably time to reduce using booking.com

No parking space . it was mentioned free parking. Pay and parking facility a little far from the hotel was shown. 550/ for 3 days parking. For 6 days parking they took 1100/-... no door matts. Geyser doesnt give full flow of hot water, now and then we have to off and wait till the water boils. Water comes out of the bathroom into the living room.. Horrible

I really like the behaviour of the staffs and the owner of the property. They handled things very smoothly and not with rude behaviour.

I have actually booked the AC room but all i got for the Non AC room. And after continuous discussion of 30+ mins , i got the room with balcony view and complementary breakfast. As the staffs and owners were saying that it was a miss on the booking.com side. Otherwise nothing was bad.

Friendly staff and the rooms was hygiene and clean.
