City Stories view

This was a fantastic choice of apartment in Heraklio Town. It was so spacious and beautifully decorated and the roof position provided us with a great view. The location is great with little gems of restaurants a few minutes away. We avoided the obvious tourist ones. Best of all there was valet parking which worked well at all times. Parking would have been a nightmare. I would most certainly recommend this glam apartment to others.

Super great terrace! Nice appartment, enough space. Great location. Parking space super nice as you don’t have to park yourself (they park the cars) and they are always open.

We had to carry our heavy luggage over the wooden part of the terrace with only stairs, this was not so handy. The key for the front door was in a keysafe. But as the front door was open, it was not clear for what this key was for. In the evening I luckily took the key, because then it was closed. All the other doors are with code. The key also had the label “spare key”, so that was also a bit weird.

Excellent stay. The staff was very quick to respond to my messages both months before our stay as well as during our stay. The check-in instructions were easy to understand amd accurate. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. They also included a birthday treat in the fridge with a personal note wishing me well wishes. It was such a nice surprise and great gesture. Shared laundry facilities was great too. The location could not have been better, just a few steps from the center of the city with lots of restaurants. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! This was a fantastic little gem in the heart of Heraklion, and we wished we could’ve stayed longer! It is a lovely modern apartment with all the amenities you could need. Very spacious, easy to find and access, and close to plenty of shops of restaurants. Georgia was fantastic to liaise with, and she promptly answered my questions and arranged a transfer from the airport for us.

Good location and proaktiv communication by the helpful staff. Parking included in a parking a short walk from the apartment.

Central location, security of site, spacious room, outdoor deck with view, Laundry Facilities a major plus, free parking was very helpful and a great service to us as parking in town near impossible.

I noted to staff that the locking door handle was coming off, needed repair.
