"Wonderful stay"

Amazing host. Ivan welcomed us and shared his home with us. He booked us a restaurant for the evening and was extremely helpful and kind. Excellent secure parking. Super breakfast cooked by Ivan. Thank you for a lovely stay.

"Delightfully eccentric, comfortable and convenient."

Ivan could not have been more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The Villa is well sited for the town centre. The pool is vast and beautiful. Off road parking.

The stairs up to the room are a bit steep.

"Fabulous stay in Alba"

Extraordinary host! Ivan made us feel welcome from the first second we met him and he was more than interested to share information about the property and the activities going around in town. The pool area is just magnificent and the room very comfortable. Town is walking distance (15 mn)

"Great place & host"

Was all great other than the walk up the driveway- 600m and VERY steep. Ivan, the host was fantastic & assisted with booking dinner and tours. He even drove me to the train station at the end of my stay & home from the town centre one night.

"Stiamo tornado indietro"

This was a spur of the moment decision, after our booked accommodation cancelled without notice due to technical issues with the property. Fortunately, Ivan had just opened for the season and was able to provide a bonus to our planned stay in Asti, with fantastic hospitality and facilities. The property is a 10 minute walk from Piazza Alfieri, so within easy reach of the city centre and not too far, if like my wife and I, you intend to enjoy the local food and wine!

"Excellent for stay in Asti and visiting all the charming villages around."

Ex Villa Gastaldi is a gem, just a 10-minute stroll to the city center. Access to the Villa by car was easy excellend directions provided by host and it's secure parking. Ivan embodies the ideal host: warm, well-informed, and responsive. His friendly demeanor and extensive local knowledge made our stay truly enjoyable. Each morning, Ivan treated guests to a breakfast and abundant coffee. The room was impeccable for our brief visit in Asti, and undoubtedly a fantastic choice for a longer, leisurely stay to relish the stunning property and its beautiful pool area with badminten, ping-pong, darts, and table soccer. Our experience here was truly memorable.
