Great friendly staff and helpful. Nice clean and large room.

The roof top pool was clean as was the room.

There were two things that stood out as unnecessarily inefficient. One, when we asked to refill our water bottles we were told if we wanted more water we had to wait until housekeeping serviced our room (which was hours away). Second, when we asked for pool towels we were told we could get them from the front desk when we needed them (the pool was on the second floor, the front desk on the ground floor).

I like this hotel. Very new, modern, clean and large rooms. Staff was great. Plenty of hot water for showers. Loved the big soaking tub. Air conditioning worked great. View of the sea from the balcony.

No complaints. However, some patio furniture and or a clothes drying rack on the balcony would have been nice.

We needed a place to stay in Sihanoukville at short notice with adjoining rooms for our family. The rooms were clean and comfortable with some quirks. Bathrooms clean. Manager was helpful when I needed assistance to arrange onward travel.

Rooms were quite bare... no chairs to sit on in either room. No decorations or anything to add ambience. The hotel has large empty spaces. Piano music seemed to play all night (on late at night and early morning... glad I had ear plugs). Breakfast buffet was like a tornado going through. Many people came at the same time. People seemed to be hoarding food on their tables. Minimal staff could not keep up with replenishing buffet. It was picked over and very limited offerings when we arrived. We waited a long time for plates. There was coffee but no milk for ages (coffee went cold). Pastries were snapped up immediately and we missed out. There was an egg station manned by one staff member for large number of visitors who couldn't keep up.

An excellent hotel, clean with spacious rooms. The staff throughout our stay were very friendly and helpful.

The piped music was a bit cheesy.

The bathroom was always wet. The water didn’t go off the bathroom floor that well. The customer service at the reception should be improved. They should be more smiling and more friendly.

Breakfast is good. Location is nice.

1. Staff are friendly but staff at restaurant should be more helpful to assist customer with simple request. I went with wife and son and 2 of my sisters, but the table has only 4 chairs, I only ask for 1 more chair even the simple chair but this time staff just simply said no, and we are 5 members, a simple chair add up would be helpful for the family gathering sitting pattern. 2. Pool is too deep and no child area. Also at the edges surrounding the pool, it's not safe as there's no wall and no protection (glass or metal). Easy if anyone is not careful to fall down when there's no protection or wall. Should consider setting up protection for safety.
