スタッフが本当に笑顔で気さくに親切に対応してくれました。 デリバリーも素早く、お部屋の清掃も毎日綺麗に隅々まで行き届いていました。 無料のマッサージもとても気持ちよく、高いお金を払ってでも施術を受けるべきだと思うくらいでした。 空港からも近く、ヴィラを出ればコンビニ、ショッピングにビーチ、マッサージ、両替所や何でもある環境でした。 クタに泊まる際はまたこちらを利用したいと思います。

Aircon was strong and the inside of the villa itself was great. Also liked that there was not too many mosquitos compared to other places in Bali we stayed. Also, I liked how private it was and how central it was to everything.

This is not a 5 star resort. The food was awful, breakfast was so bad, and the pool was really dirty, like they would come to just superficially remove leaves and debris when re-doing on our room, but there was a lot of small debris and like a layer of gunk on top of the pool water.

It is very green and spacious

The best part about our stay was Staff Member Yudha. He was so lovely and friendly, nothing was too much and ensured our stay was comfortable. Our room was lovely, beds comfortable and pool nice. Breakfast was lovely.

It’s was a little out of way from where we normally stay but nothing a Blue Bird Taxi didn’t fix. Wish we had more T.V option for when we came back to rest like Netflix or Foxtel instead only local channels. Whilst the young girl on reception was lovely, she was on her mobile phone a lot! At one stage we came to reception and stood there waiting for her to recognise us and get off her phone. We understand when not busy this is ok but as soon as guest present, guest should be priority not mobile phone. We did not have this problem with any other Staff Member. There was a tile that fell off in Bathroom which we only found after we returned. Maintenance came and retrieved but didn’t fix whilst we were there, not that it made a difference to our stay. Please add Banana Pancake option to Menu for Breakfast.
