Sens du service, confort et propreté Excellent SPA Personnel très sympathique et souriant Pas d’odeur d’humidité (problème assez récurrent dans les hébergements à Bali)

On nous a donné une villa assez bruyante au début de notre séjour mais l’équipe a essayé de nous trouver une solution rapidement afin de nous proposer d’autres options.

The villa exceeded my expectations and was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly, and their unexpected assistance with insect repellent in the evening was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast served in the villa was satisfying in both taste and service.

The noise from music leaking over from the young couple next door at night was disappointing.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! From the moment we arrived we knew we were in for a wonderful experience. The staff were AMAZING; the breakfast choices were great and the food delicious. The additional daily surprise afternoon tea was a fabulous treat including the massage. Our villa was beautifully presented in Balinese style, and the outdoor pool was the perfect temperature for swimming! We can't wait to go back again.
