住宿地點非常方便下來就是路面電車，JR及新幹線車站就在旁邊，對面跟樓下都是商場百貨要買吃的非常方便，機場到飯店只要坐機場巴士可以直達廣島車站，南口要稍微走一下走到最後看到路面電車那裡，那邊有直打電梯可到7樓

直接在車站內，出飯店就有路面電車可以搭，也可以直接搭乘鐵路，超級方便，飯店設備新穎

ホテルの立地ー新幹線改札を出て真っ直ぐ進めばホテル直通のエレベーター。エレベーターの目の前は路面電車の乗り場。 眺望の良さー宿泊した部屋からは新幹線の出入りが良く見える。

The room was clean and comfortable. We booked for 2 single beds and were upgraded to a King which was nice. The room was tight but our preference was for 2 beds. The facility was secure and clean.

The location of SOUTH GATE was the main downfall. The North Gate pointed to the South Gate building and gave us a map. Unfortunately, the markings were not clear but there was a janitorial staff member who walked us to the correct escalator. There are no signs to the South Gate until you reach the area where you ride the elevator to the 6th floor of the Minamoa store then walk about 25 feet to an escalator to the 7th floor. Now, the problem is when the Minamoa store is closed. No elevator will go to the 6th floor. You have to remember which elevator and where you caught it. When you are in a rush to purchase Shinkansen tickets then to return to the room to check out, the issue was to find anyone or signage that informs you which elevator to take. The only elevator that works is the one to the theatres which are across from the South Gate entrance. When I finally found the elevator I had to go a different route and the signage only indicated elevators to the theatres, not to the South Gate entrance. I got to the front desk and rambled off in English my complaint that there needed to be signage when the store's elevator and escalators are blocked off. I was so tempted to run up the escalators. I was pissed! The other issue I had was the luggage storage. We had a small bag that could not be secured by the wire locks. We had to use a locker and you have to PAY for it. North Gate would have secured the small bag. The upgrade meant nothing to me especially since the bed faces the window. The only way to access the far side of the bed is by climbing over it. The space between the end of the bed and window is about 8 inches. The space was tight for 2 large suitcases. We stayed at the North Gate side and I did not realize that this reservation was for the South Gate. I like the location of the Hotel but not finding and going to the South building. It needs to be better marked since the existing signage is the same print size and only one was seen.
