The hotel is a 4-star hotel, according to Google, and it met my expectations. I love that they have a service area for ironing clothes and for water. My room was so big, even my bed, which is for three people. It's actually in the station itself. I can see the Shinkansen tracks from my window. I will definitely book this hotel when I come back to Hiroshima. And one more thing, the receptionist who checked me in is cute, haha. And yes, all the staff in the lobby were very accommodating and they always greeted me.
