"Lovely retreat."

Everything, lovely homely feel. Modern. Fully equipped. Great location for Lousada race track.

Seats outside seemed to leave a white residue on clothes.

Casa de Cristelos was comfortable and clean with all the amenities we required during our stay. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, thank you!

The Casa is located up a very steep hill and manoeuvring into the driveway is not easy. We found that there was nowhere to walk to around the accommodation. We travelled with our dog and were charged a flat fee of 50euros (we felt this charge should be shown in the advert description)-a little more transparency on the 'pets allowed' section would be better. This charge was explained to us as being for additional 'cleaning'. We felt this was excessive considering we take great pains to ensure properties are left the way we find them. We were advised that the charge of 50euros is set no matter how long the rental period is for.
