Very clean. Nice gym.

No contactless payments on check-in! Over 45 minute wait for a small plate of pasta out of the kitchen at 7:30 or 8pm-the wait staff were running back and forth to the kitchen and apologizing to the people waiting for their meals. Understaffing in a hotel restaurant, despite fancy surroundings is distasteful. Noisy people at the outside restaurant at 12:20am heard 4 floors up-that shouldn't be allowed. No extra blankets and only a thin covering on the bed. Had to use heater for warmth. Empty shower gel container in the bathroom. And all this for almost $300/night.

"Not the best. Paper thin walls, no privacy, and dirty appliances"

Our first night there, the room above of was , what seemed like moving furniture and people were running and the noise was unbearable all night. This continued in the morning starting from 7 am until 11am when they checked out. We could also hear the people through the vents of the bathroom. Zero privacy whatsoever

"It was a great stay with good staff"

I liked the asthetics and the energizing bathroom steamers offered by the elevator.

The chair for the desk in the room was not comfortable if you had to sit on it for awhile to work and the bed was stiff (the pillows were great!)
