TOILET IS CLOGGED IN MY ROOM HALF OF THE LITES DONT WORK FROM DAY ONE OF MY STAY !! I COMPLAIN MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO ONE SHOWED UP TO FIX IT !! INDIAN CUSINE AND CIGARETTES SMELL 24/7 ON THE DOOR SING NON “SMOKING FACILITY” ROOM WASENT CLEAN A SINGEL TIME OF MY STAY BED SHITS AND TOWELS IT IS A HOLE NOTHER STORY ,THE REMEMBER IBRAHIM LINCOLN !!! FIRE 🔥 ALARM DOES NOT WORK PICTURE PROVIDED !! DERT AND DEBRY ALL Over PARKING LOT !

The staff is consistently pleasant.

Renovations being done were a bit much. Drilling and banging loudly continuously right on the other side of bed wall until after 8pm nightly- seemed like the wall was going to come down. Pretty unpleasant and insulting after taking my money.

Love the remodeled rooms. Very fresh

Just the ongoing construction which is noisy, dusty. I understand it's temporary and won't affect whether or not I book in the future
