Comfort bed, security service and close to Gleneagles Hospital.

Car park is odd and drive way is narrow.

Excellent location, wonderful host, great apartment! Host is super responsive and prompt in communications. The apartment is generally clean and well maintained except for little hiccups with the aircon which was resolved in a swift manner by the host.

The wifi! we are unable to work due to the poor network coverage. Will be a perfect 10 if the wifi is good!

Due to the poor-quality construction materials of the building, noise from neighbors travels easily, making it hard to enjoy peace and quiet. Additionally, the shower glass door in the master bathroom cannot be fully closed and was about to fall, which poses a serious safety risk to residents. The cleanliness of the property was also a major issue. On the first day, we found two cockroaches, and another one appeared later during our stay. The kitchen was infested with ants, which was very unpleasant. Here’s a breakdown of my ratings: Wi-Fi: 5/10 – The owner set a daily usage limit. Washing Machine: 8/10 – Functioned well but without drying. Views: 7/10 – Decent, but nothing exceptional. Cleanliness: 3/10 – Poor due to pests and lack of proper maintenance. Facilities: 0/10 – Severely lacking. Quietness: 3/10 – Excessive noise due to thin walls. Ironing Board: 0/10 – It is a joke and can not be used. Location: 7/10 Air conditioners: 6/10- They are working but really dirty. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to safety hazards, pest problems, and inadequate facilities. Significant improvements are needed to make this property acceptable for guests.

Host was responsive to minor issues. Lift was always accessible. Location was good. close to park and other restaurants.
