Right next to beach. Swimming pool was nice. Wifi available in different areas. Accepts pets.

Internet was good the 1st day only with around 77-89 MBS download speed. After that, it fell to 2-23. Although there is wifi, there is no signal for data for phone service making it impossible to receive codes to pay via Gcash even though the restobar said they accepted Gcash. Can only use Cash to pay on the premises. Restobar had written menu but things that they had written were not available. Check-In time on booking.com says 1 pm. I messaged them we were arriving early and asked if we could check in early but no reply. After we arrived (before 10 am) they informed us that the room wasnt ready yet but we could wait in the restobar. The restobar made us move to the tree house. We waited over 3 hours for our room. Finally I messaged them at 230 saying where is our room and they gave us a room for 3 (we booked for 2) which was nice and told us it was because we messaged and waited so long. They then informed us checkin is at 2 pm not 1 pm as stated on booking.com and the booking.com is managed from Manila not there. They only receive the information. Check out says 11 pm. In actuality its noon. The managemenr needs to update the info on booking.com with the correct details. The "hot shower" had very low water pressure and the hot water didnt even work. I had to take a cold shower. The room was not cleaned completely. The family room for 4 people has no tv even though the room for 2 and 3 people did. Lizards in the room.

A lot. Food: overpriced and not even tasty. The cafe doesn't provide anything for vegetarians and pascatarians like me. It's an all meat menu so the only thing I could choose was chop suey and it wasn't even tasty. There are no restaurants or calendarias outside so you don't have an option to eat somewhere else. Staff: they were decent but didn't provide helpful information. They weren't replying to my texts, didn't ask about the dietary requirements beforehand. I had a feeling that they weren't accommodating enough.

Great location for a quiet weekend or getaway for a couple of days/weeks. Very honest and friendly staff.

The WIFI was none, the phone reception was very bad , having to pay for WIFI everyday for a resort in the 2000s is ridiculous
