L’appartamento confortevole e ben collegato, ma con diverse criticità. Buona la doccia

Molti aspetti critici. La pulizia era molto carente. Mi hanno consentito l’accesso dopo l’orario concordato con una pulizia approssimativa (ho dovuto richiamare perché il frigo era molto sporco, con lattine usate. Poi mancava un tappetino per il bagno e non c’era uno strofinaccio per la cucina. Mancava un comodino ed un tavolino. Il divano accanto al letto era lercio di sporcizia. Mi hanno fornito un telo doccia ed un piccolo asciugamano per il viso, ho soggiornato 10 notti ed ho chiesto almeno una pulizia e cambio biancheria, che mi è stato negato. Il water era in uno spazio angusto, perché vi era accanto una lavatrice inutile.

Tiny, clean, quiet place with washing machine, induction stove, electric kettle, microwave, and a little fridge. Lots of empty cupboards for your stuff. The apartment is close to a little lake with a relaxed walking area. A small supermarket and a huge Billa with long opening hours is nearby. Also Kaufland is not too far away.

The place is currently (May 2026) next to a construction side. The bare brickwork seems to be mostly done. Not being in the apartment during the day wouldn't allow us to assess noise. In the evening or early mornings, we didn't hear a thing. The location is somewhat outside the city center: when you take public transport from the airport, you might be the first to get off the bus. Walking to the central bus station Mlynske Nivy takes about 30 minutes. To get to the old town takes about 50 minutes walking or 30 minutes by tram. To get into the building you always need your phone with Internet access, as you have to enter the door code and confirm on a webpage to unlock the front door. Better don't run out of battery nor data, otherwise you're locked out.

Všetko prebehlo v poriadku, určite odporucam

Lokalizacja oraz wyposażenie kuchni.

Wykupiłam wcześniejsze zameldowanie, które okazało się, że oznacza możliwość zameldowania o 13:00 zamiast o 15:00. Nie było opcji chociażby odłożenia bagaży przed tą godziną.

- Stavba bytovky hneď za oknom, ale samozrejme toto nie je chybou majiteľa - Hodilo by sa trochu popracovať na čistote - Nevyhovoval mi vankúš - tenký, mäkký, iný nebol k dispozícii
