ATFrom the beginning, communication was top - we arrived later than expected and it was no problem. The room looked exactly like the photos, nothing was broken or shabby and the shower was hot and had pressure. Everything is clean (I just love the decoration) and there were no bugs. Esther is a fabulous host, she gave us lots of good tips and recommendations about the area and restaurants. It was our first time in Marokko so she showed us how to prepare tea, she also had the biggest breakfast selection of our stay (we travelled around). We had an amazing stay, the price is unbeatable and wish we stayed longer!
MAAfter a warm welcoming and a tea on the beautiful rooftop terrace we immediately felt at home. The room (alike the whole house) is lovely furnished, everthing is nice and very clean. It´s a pitty we couldn´t stay longer!

IEEverything was so clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. A lovely place to chill out and relax. The breakfast had lots on offer and was delicious. Excellent value for money & I would highly recommend!

NLThe comfort, style, cleanliness, friendliness, location, atmosphere and tasty breakfast on the top terrace of this newly built and opened hostel. Overall this place and crew create a good base for relaxing there as well for exploring the area (with which of course kind, fair support is also provided). Very likely you will enjoy it also as much as I did and several fun others I met.
Nothing to dislike, but when I encountered something that needed a fix or improvement, any request or suggestion was promptly actioned upon. Good stuff :)
DEWe really enjoyed our stay at Maktub. The breakfast was delicious and Esther always took care that we felt just like at home. We worked for a couple days and we were offered coffee and fruits during the day. The room is decorated in modern style and very clean. We recommend Maktub and we would definitely return.
The internet connection in the room is not very stable.
