USUSThis is a solid guesthouse. The room was large and comfortable. I liked that we had a full kitchen. I also liked the common spaces, particularly the elevated gazebo, where I spent a lot of time reading and enjoying nature.
It would be nice if maintenance and cleaning of the common spaces was a bit better. For example, the tables in both the elevated gazebo and outside the castle dining room were both really dirty, and we couldn't find a way to clean them. There's a sauna -- amazing! But no one had tidied it up when we peeked inside on Friday around 5PM (towels everywhere -- that sort of thing), and the cold dipping pool has been out of commission for several months.
