A simpatia do Sr. Valentim (o senhor que entregou a chave) a disponibilidade em ajudar sempre que era pedido.

Casa a precisar de alguns restauros internos ( camas mal apertadas e roupas de homem usadas dentro dos guardaroupa de alguns quartos). Na casa de banho junto da cozinha o esconder de água da máquina de lavar rouca estava direcionado para dentro da banheira e como só existiam 2 banheiras para tantos quartos não acho que seja uma solução.
