Comfortable and stylish apartment outdoor patio right next to Diocletians Palace. Compact but well designed and I had everything I needed.

Beautiful room, with a communal terrace that was like a private area for us. We had our coffee and croissants ( bakery just round the corner) in the sun each morning and a good pizzeria next door if you get hungry. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the Palace, the old town and the harbours. About a 20 minute walk to the beach. And about 10 minute walk to the bus station. The owners were lovely and very accommodating.

Amazing place to stay! Location ir fantastic - very close to everything you might need and old town, at the same time it’s very quiet and peaceful. Studio room is clean, cosy with all amenities for two people stay. Very nice terrace to chill. If we come to Split again, we would definitely book this again.

It’s not about property, but know that in Split, you can hear church bells all around city at 6:30 in the morning.

It is the perfect location, just outside of the centre with a lovely balcony. The bathroom is large and very clean making it a very comfortable stay

The location of this property was perfect, it is around a 5minute walk from Diocletian Palace, and 13minute walk from the bus station which was our main mode of transport for arrival and departure so very useful. Also about a 20minute walk to a beach! We really liked having access to shared living room and kitchen, it meant we could cook our own meals. There was also a washing machine. The bathroom was clean and had enough towels to last our stay. The bedroom was also clean and the aircon unit was great. Replies from the owner were perfect, they replied very fast and was very helpful. Great customer service. Self check-in was simple and same for checking out. Lovely hot shower and toilet facilities. We hung out our washing on the garden furniture since we couldn’t find the pegs to use the washing line, and when we returned it was all neatly hung out for us on the washing line which was very kind🥰.

The kitchen was aged, the utensils could do with upgrading along with the broken oven. We couldn’t figure out how to get hot water in the kitchen tap either but we just kept boiling water on the stove instead. When we arrived before check-in time we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our luggage in the allocated area of the patio as it wasn’t secure or weather proof. Instead, we left it tucked in by the stairs at our own risk, no issues but would have been nice to have a set and secure area. In our first day we spoke with a guy who was staying in the apartment and he said there was a man in the living room who isn’t wasn’t sure if he had booked a room, when we looked he was slumped across the sofa which made us doubt the security of the apartment. When it was our time to check-in he was gone and did not return, we kept the front door bolted and room door locked, although every evening around 10pm someone came and tried the pinpad once and got the wrong code and then left which was suspicious. Just thought to share.

Great location just outside the Old Town, very comfortable apartment. The shared terrace was lovely too.

The location and the cleanliness of the guest house are top-notch! We appreciated having a kitchen in our room, which allowed us to not have to eat out every meal. The staff were very quick to respond to our questions as well, and helpful.

We had a minor issue with one of the toilets which continued to run after flushing, and one of our shower doors did not close completely, but that did not majorly impact our enjoyment of our accommodations.

We stayed here for 2 nights in Sept. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we really enjoyed the outside patio which was perfect for an evening glass of wine. It is a short walk into the centre and the harbour front etc. Nearest beach we walked to took around 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
