the location was fantastic for our family with small children, the host was more than accommodating of our checkin time, and communicated immediately, and we really enjoyed the apartment. it was spacious and had everything we needed! it is close to lots of things to do, above a bar which was lovely but not too loud for us, and located close to grocery stores and restaurants. it’s a very doable walk from the train station (15 minutes for us walking with small kids, a big suitcase, and a dog).

there is no air conditioning in this apartment, which was challenging at night in august! there were several fans which we put to good use, but I had forgotten to check on the air so I just mention it here (my fault not the host!). another thing that we didn’t notice is that the bedroom doors have glass, which was just a little hard for sleep with our baby who likes to sleep in the dark, but it was manageable!
