"clean hotel love it"

overall cleanliness is awesome .. toilet 95% clean. smells good. staff friendly and welcoming.

toilet exhaust fan is not working. i informed them to fix it. a bit noisy becoz of the location near to the main road.

Near the center , The men on the staff were very kind and spoke excellent English...

while the women of the reception were rude and didn't even speak English well Besides big problem...no soundproofing, a lot of noise from outside..

"A good location for good food lovers"

The location is at the city center, near to the airport and you can find a lot of famous food & beverages outlets within walking distance. The Hotel allowed us to store our luggage after check-out as we are taking a night flight back to hometown. The Hotel does not have a lift. However, a male staff is polite and kind and helped us to carry down our heavy luggage from the reception which is located at the 1st floor.

The heavy traffic noise as the Hotel is located next to the main road.

Very good location for exploring the city. Ferry port is very close. Only a few minutes from the night market with delicious food options.

The reception was very modern looking but the rest of the hotel looked in need of renovation.
