Everything, the owner is rude and told us we can wait for 3 days for us to have hot water, that is all he can do.

The water was cold & the Wi-Fi was on & off.

The bathroom is so small they didn't give us a mop and we had to wait 15mins at the gate just to get attention. They had a shortage in dishes forks and spoons. The place was cold. The bed was so uncomfortable it was as if you are sinking in the bed. To access hot water it was a struggle.
