- Good for short stays - Central location, very close to Nimman and not too far from old town - Room and common areas are clean - Good facilities in common areas (shared living room and kitchen), including a cool water dispenser, kettle, cutleries, etc. - Elevators - Tasty and fairly priced Japanese restaurant on the ground floor - Easy check-in and check-out - Friendly staff

- Although room looks nicer (compared to my previous room that was on a monthly contract), however it is still quite basic in terms of the furnishing. It is also smaller and without a balcony - No view on my side of the corridor; it faces directly into next building - Small toilet - Kitchen shared sponge could be replaced as it doesn't smell so good

The staff at the reception was accommodating and kind. They covered all of our needs. The floor of the room had a cozy living room where we could work and a kitchen where we could cook. There was also a free small gym and very cheap laundry machines. The location of the hotel was also very good, close to One Nimman Market and Maya Mall.

No electricity plugs were near the bed, and the WiFi connection was not working. My friend managed to connect somehow, but I couldn't connect, so I used my data. There was also a time that 2 laundry machines were not working, but I didn't ask for my money back as the amount was minimal.

The staff (especially the manager) is extremely professional. The establishments is very well adapted for expats and is conveniently located between Nimman and the old town.

i hate everything here. i saw the room and i left, i paid for the room but i cant endure staying
