Very good location, in the centre of the city. Very helpful staff. Very big room with a seating area. Big bed. Comfortable bathroom. Drinking water refilled every day

Good location immaculate clean they accept cards without adding a fee and the off street parking is a bonus

The staff were so lovely and attentive during our stay. The room was clean and well maintained, we were within walking distance of lots of restaurants.

The location is excellent, close enough to bars and restaurants, but far way enough to not suffer any noise. The room was very clean.

Having to pre book breakfast choice and time the day before. The room is a little small, but not unusual in Hue

Staff were so helpful and welcoming. Decent English speaker, helped us with our heavy bags both into the room and into the taxi once checkout was completed. Able to leave bags after checkout with reception. Very accomodating, able to hire a scooter for half day 100k VND which was so worth it. Lovely pool area right by the lobby. Shower had good pressure and heat. Room looks just like the photos and was very clean, the TV had HBO English movies. I loved the lighting it changes to 3 hues depending how bright you want your room. Location was perfect, It was 5 mins walk to walking street but far enough away that it wasn't loud.

Lovely staff, perfect location and good room. A great base for when you’re staying in Hue.
