TRUONG TIEN HOTEL

Staff are friendly and helpful with anything, facilities are as advertised and are modern and clean. The room itself is comfortable and is in a good location in hue with a Japanese buffet right outside of the hotel.

Concrete building always transfer sound. 2nd floor room could hear noise from the ground floor swimming area but minor problem only. The room did smell of stale cigarette smoke but the signs all say no smoking , can’t blame the hotel for that..

The location was good.

The way the hotel is designed, the noise travels and the rooms are not soundproof. There were children screaming in the pool at 6am for several hours, which travels up to the rooms. I asked the staff to ask the people to stop screaming and yelling but they did not. The bed was horrible too, I like a hard mattress but this was rock hard.

Staff were fantastic close to river and market but still private and I loved the nice cool pool and the elevator was a bonus for me
