App. was roomy and bed comfy. Fully equipped kitchen plus laundry. Great location for buses and trams. Essam was very helpful and checked to see we were settled in room.

Had a little trouble with the keys opening and locking doors.

Location is fabulous. The room was very clean and safe. Assam was very courteous and made sure that every need I had was taken care of.
