"Fantastic Apartment"

Low level floor for shower as my traveling companion is blind.

Nothing to do with the apartment or location but the wetherspoons pub at the end of the road is quite loads up to midnight.

The infrastructure, the location, the staff

The building and the apartment was badly maintained. The cleanliness is below the European standard. This is a really pity for such a well-located and equipped quasi newly renovated building.

Ótima localização, proximo de tudo, possibilitando realizar atividades turisticas a pé. Quarto silencioso. Cama confortavel. Cozinha bem equipada, apesar de alguns utensilio faltando como talheres e alguns um pouco sujos. Dispoe de geladeira, fogao, lava louças, lava roupa, forno, microondas, chaleira, torradeira.

Chuveiro apesar de bom, tem pouca agua quente. Estavamos em 4 pessoas, 2 pessoas tomaram um banho rápido e a agua quente acabou, sendo preciso aguardar mais de uma hora para ter agua quente novamente, sendo que uma pessoa precisou terminar o banho com agua fria pois ja havia acabado a agua novamente. Alguns utensilios da cozinha sujos. Nao tem estacionamento proprio, ha um estacionamento publico bem atras do predio com um valor fixo para noite e um para dia sendo que durante o dia o periodo maximo para ficar é de 4 horas. Cuidado com periodo que fica para nao ultrapassar o horario e levar multa. Nao tem elevador, é preciso subir alguns lances de escada para chegar no quarto. Quarto com carpete, algo ruim para os alergicos.

Close to what we wanted to do

Parking was an absolute nightmare. Very limited given council restrictions in public parking despite what was advertised. One chipped coffee mug … Seriously ? Location was good however we didn’t venture out at night given the nighttime situation of drunks and the like.
