Five Villas Hotel

Room was big and bathroom was spacious

First of all it's not at all a hotel. It's just an abandoned row house of five. Behaviour of staff was unwelcoming. They don't have card swipping machine,instead they had only tapping machine for payment. I disabled tapping for safety reasons, long back. . Hence the next day I drew money from bank and was waiting to pay,there is no one at the reception . , but the in-charge girl knocked my room at 10.30 night for payment, absolutely disturbing my sleep . The property is in remote place and no convenience shop nor restaurant nearby. You have relay on taxis only. Last but not the least, the price for this property is unjustifiable. During our stay with family we felt little scary as no one came there for stay .

Breakfast should have more variety for guest staying for more than a week. Excellent hotel location - peaceful & clean

Staffs were very pleased and supportieve.. Especially Mr. Dawren, he helped us to keep our luggages for a while and getting some stuffs from supermarket.

Not worthy for a 4 star. Misguided on booking.com for being a 4 star hotel. Booking.com should thoroughly check before giving stars.

Hotel has only 3 staff members at the time of our stay for 3 days who can't handle all the chores. The owner didn't hire or facilitate the hotel with the provisions of a 4 star hotel. Cleaning isn't done properly, spider webs in the room and room wasn't prepared until we arrived. Then we need to simply ask for everything like towels, slippers, water bottles. The common dining area has a kitchen where in the cooking pots are not washed after every cooking. The owner controls everything, staff isn't allowed to provide extra water bottles even if the guest is ready to pay for it. There's no elevator, three floors carry your own luggage by staircase.
