The water temperature wasn't high enough, and the water pressure was quite low
TRTonight was so cold and the A/C in the 3 rooms were not enough. Alexandra even brought us some extra blankents. Also, I am sensitive about hygiene and this was the cleanest and tidies apartment/hotel I have ever been. Thank you.
