Good location, clean, everything you need!

Landlord did not answer our message, we needed more towels because we were only given two per person for three nights.

This pretty apartment is located near all the atractions in Porto, near many bars and 10 minutes walking from the center. For two friends, it was very comfortable and cozy 3 nights. We liked that the kitchen was equiped with all the neccesities especially coffe machine and pretty mugs. The bed was really comfy and smelled clean! All in all, good quality for money, would recommand. We had some issues with running out of electricity, but host helped us to fix it fast! 😊

It was noisy beacuse the walls and the structure of the whole building seemed hollow. You could hear every person who walked in the building, and it was really loud. Also, in the shower it was blocked drain...

Walking distance to tourist attractions such as Livaria Lello, Igreja do Carmo, Clerigos Church. Restaurants, cafes, grocery store and coin laundry machines were close by.

This apartment was extremely disappointing. The heater was completely inadequate for the cold, leaving us freezing even at its highest setting. We had to sleep in sweaters under several duvets and a blanket, which was absurd. Trying to use toilet/ to shower/ to sit by the table, was a battle against the cold and our minds. We had to force ourselves to move out of bed. We asked if there was an extra heater - there wasn't. It is not like we can use that old blanket (that had hair on it) anywhere outside of the bed. On top of that my husband got sick... He begged me to end our stay earlier (I didn't - to save money) because he couldn't work/relax in such environment. This should be an apartment where people do not only sleep but also can live in during the day - and that was simply impossible in such conditions. In my opinion it shouldn't be allowed to permit guests if someone can't provide appropriate temperature. The noise levels were very high. We could hear everything from the street and inside the building as if there were no walls at all. Car noises, people talking/yelling on the street, stairs cracking, upstairs neighbors walking loudly all night - you name it, we heard it. It was impossible to find a quiet moment of peace outside of very late night hours... The place seemed clean at first, but it wasn't. Bathroom tiles moved under our feet, toilet paper and towel holders were barely attached, and the shower was a nightmare, draining so slowly you'd stand in dirty water. The drawers had crumbs, there was dust under the bed, and the mugs were stained. The walls were cracked and dirty, adding to the feeling of neglect. They didn't provide trash bags, yet expected us to take out the trash. No iron. And they set the checkout time 1h too early in my opinion. The building had a weird musty and damp smell as well...

Very nice apartment. Susana is a great person. Very friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our vacation in Porto Portugal. Thank you all very much!!.

Great location, easy check in/out Very clean Everything you need for a city break

It was a surprisingly hot weekend, there is no air con but a good fan which worked well for us.

The location and the host were magic, and so was the cleanliness. Perfect.

A little too noisy from the apartment above and the street unfortunately but ear plugs were provided.

Perfect location and a beautiful stay for a solo traveller like myself. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating too! The balcony room is especially lovely, I sat and had a glass of wine looking out by the balcony most night haha.

Didn’t have a bottle opener, however the staff got me one straight away less than an hour of asking!
