L'appartamento era nuovo, dotato di tutti i confort, non mancava niente come a casa. Siamo stati benissimo! Bella piscina!

Il giardino davanti casa, andrebbe revisionato. Era un po' scomodo per pranzare fuori, pavimentato sarebbe stato meglio.

Great location! The swimming pool is appreciable as well as the private terrasse. You can park opposite the flat is a public car park.. Apartment is big enough and nicely furnished with all equipment you may need. Beds are a bit hard but it’s a personal opinion. The owner was very reactive to answer our questions ans even gave us some good advise about place to visit. I definitely recommend this apartment!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. It had absolutely every amenity we could ask for, including a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and ironing board, which made our stay even more convenient. There was plenty of storage space for all our belongings, and the outdoor area was a great spot to relax, complete with a clean and well-maintained pool with free access. The property featured a large living room / kitchen area with an extensible couch where two people can sleep comfortably, a lovely terrace, a nice bathroom with a big shower, and a bedroom with a double bed and a big closet. The outside terrace was lovely, surrounded by lots of green plants that made it feel very cozy and intimate. The property looked even better in person than in the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for us, on the border between New Nikiti and Old Nikiti, giving us the best of both worlds. We could easily take a stroll through the lively Nikiti resort area or explore the charming old town, where we enjoyed a few delicious meals at Barcarolla Restaurant (Platanos Drink Bar), the most charming place to eat and drink in Nikiti. One of the best aspects of the property was the peace and privacy it offered. No one disturbed us during our stay, and we had an abundance of fresh linens and towels at our disposal. This self-catering accommodation allowed us to manage everything on our own without the need for housekeeping services, which made our stay feel even more relaxed and homey. This property truly exceeded our expectations, and we would love to return! Thank you, Ella! Thank you, Ella!

The location, the yard and pool.

1. We lost a day of activities waiting for the staff to come and check the property (by their request) and they didn’t even show up. 2. No utensils. 3. There was a rather big cockroach behind the pillow in the bedroom and smaller ones in the bathroom. 4. Wifi stopped working after the second day. 5. We got accused of stealing towels.

Nice and clean. Perfect yard especially if you have children, pool and playground next to your garden/ground floor terrace green. AC in both rooms. Everything you need to stay there. It is self catering, no one come to disturb. All the appliances you need. We loved staying there

No furniture in bedroom except one bed and one closet. No tv in bedroom. The location in far from seaside and hard to find because it s private flat!

The аpartment is new and very cozy. The kitchen is big and fully equipped. We realy appreciated the big fridge and the washing machine. The outdoor space is fantastic as well. Literally 3 steps and you are at the swimming pool, which was clean and never crowded.

The only negative thing for us was the distance from the city beach, as we were with small kid who gets tired easily (approximately 15-20min walking). But in June it was easy to find parking spots near the beaches so we were using the car.
