LUMBINI home stay

Der Gastgeber war extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Als er selbst in Stadtzentrum musste, hat er extra vorher geschrieben und uns dann kostenlos mitgenommen. Es gab einen Willkommens-Smoothie und alles wurde ausführlich erklärt. Die Englisch-Kenntnisse waren perfekt und der Kontakt war wirklich sehr hilfreich. Wir konnten auch mit jeglichen anderen Fragen mit einer guten Antwort rechnen. Es gab viele gute Local-Tipps und Er hat uns außerdem bei Problemen mit unserer Weiterreise geholfen, er selbst hat uns dann um 6 Uhr morgens zur Bus Station gefahren, was wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Vielen Dank! Auch die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet. Die vielen Pflanzen haben uns extrem begeistert 🤩 Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und die Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und können es nur weiter empfehlen ☺️

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything and the welcome was lovely. The room is exceptional, large and spotlessly clean, with bottled water and tea making facilities provided. It opens onto a pretty interior garden courtyard. The bathroom is totally unique with a designer shower made from natural stone. We were free to come and go as we pleased and we could not have asked for a better arrival in Colombo.

i recently booked LUMBINI home stay. its very neat and very elegant interior i really loved the clam ambience. the owner of the property very genuine and well organized. i like the way he treat people very friendly. Highly recommend

It was a serene and beautiful place which added more energy with grounded and gentle host. The nature rooted architecture and classic way of space arrangement made the days there so relax. Also we stayed for two purpose, to attend my husband’s exam then my brother’s marriage. For both these purposes, a space that gives us serene and calmness is sooo important. Lumbini home stay catered these needs 100%. If we are a nature enthusiast, who likes natural spaces …. We must live in the space of lumbini homestay where we could feel the roots and trees. So it is highly recommended for artists, students, and travelers who travel to create and relax.

We stay for 2 days and its better if after one day they could supply a room survive al least by clean the floor

Beautiful home surrounded by greenery. Spacious room that's well appointed and comfortable bed, mini fridge et al. The owner Rohan is lovely, friendly and helpful. Getting to the centre by tuk tuk is adventurous 🤩

Not a plethora of eating establishments within walking distance as far as I could know.
