kind & helpful staff, beautiful room, location we arrived very early when the room wasn't ready yet, so the receptionist offered us free breakfast we were offered free late check-out breakfast quite plentiful

"Lovely place to spend sometime in the magical city of Khiva"

The property is clean modern & situated within the fort. We were very well looked after by the reception staff. I lost the key to the lock on one of my suitcases & they immediately broke the lock for me. All of them were extremely polite, communicated well in English & looked after every need even to the extent of providing us a late breakfast in our room because we overslept! I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay within Ichan qala. Really good value for money.

"Nice stay in Khiva!"

It is a new hotel in very good location in the old town. Very friendly staff. The room was very clean with good mattresses. Good breakfast, exceptional coffee (coffee machine for espresso, cappuccino etc) in a very nice room. There is a fridge in the room. The rooftop is accessible and there are tables and chairs to use.

The air condition was very close to the bed, so it created a not so nice atmosphere.
