Right in the old town. Great location. Air conditioning was great. Beds had curtains. Nice to have a kitchen available (including fridge, stove and microwave).

One bathroom was shared between 14 people. So if someone was in the shower, you had to wait to use the toilet or to brush your teeth. Staffing was intermittent. I had to wait a while to check in because my bus was late and I did not arrive at my estimated time. Kitchen was not very clean. I had to wash a pot from the cupboard to cook a meal (it was caked with old food). Kitchen floor was dirty. Cleaning cloth smelled very badly (there was no tea towel or hand towel).

I like the curtains for each bed

There is literally only one bathroom for >10 people. Would be fine if it was shower and toilet separate, but they are both in the same room. Means waiting a long time in mornings

Staff was amazing, location was very central. Bed had a curtain. Bed was clean.

I was put in the dorm upstairs as the regular dorm I booked was full. It was a very hot room in the summer as the air conditioning unit was outside the door. They were able to accommodate moving me downstairs once there was room though so that was very nice. One bathroom for over 14 people is not enough.

Only one bathroom for around 20 people.
