Property Notes

NOTICE: Cape Winds has a construction project to repair the balconies in the 1 and 8 stacks. The construction is projected to be from September 3rd to November 23rd, 2024. During this time the pool, hot tub and grill will be closed on weekdays Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm but will be open on weekends, Saturday and Sunday. There will be noise and dust from the construction throughout the building during this time. We have reduced our rates during this time period for the inconvenience.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Perfect beach stay"

The view was spot on, it was easy, the room is as described. Everything was comfy and felt homey. Except for the last 2 days, everything was quiet and respectful of other guests.

Our fan didn't work, no cookie sheet, the staff are only there 3 hours each weekday. Otherwise great.

very convenient, close to amenities , felt safe . The unit was fresh , updated and very clean .

The unit provided toilet paper, paper towel and cleaning supplies such as dishwasher , dish soap and laundry detergent . As a family of 4 and most adults we had to run out and buy more items as our stay was more than 7 days but it wasn’t too much of concern .

"The perfect relaxing vacation spot."

The condo was excellent! Beautiful view of the beach! Many great places to eat. all kinds of activities. We went to Golf n Gators for miniature golf and race car rides like "Mario Kart". Also, Kennedy Space Center, where we saw a launch! We also did a Boat ride in the Banana River and saw Dolphins, Manatee, and assorted birds. And last but not least, an air boat ride to see alligators.

There was nothing we didn't like.

"Really good just a couple improvements to make."

Hosts were awesome, nice parking on the location.

Some older feeling lock mechanisms on the doors. Could have had more trash bags available.
