Het appartement en de locatie

Het appartement was op de 5 verdieping. Een hele klim. De host pretendeert altijd bereikbaar te zijn in geval van problemen. Toen wij per ongeluk de sleutel in het appartement hadden laten liggen heeft het ruim 17 uur geduurd voordat we een nieuwe set kregen. We hebben daardoor de nacht in een ander hotel moeten doorbrengen. De communicatie met de host via whatsapp en telefonisch was uiterst moeizaam. Pas na vele malen proberen, kwam er een summiere reactie.

Ikke nok kjøkken utstyr til 4 personer: 2 vinglass, 2 kasseroller ( en av dem totalt ødelagt, det var helsefarlig å lage mat i den), manglende skjærebrett. Leilighet i siste etasje (4.) uten heis. Tett sluk i dusjen. Verten svarte ikke på mine meldinger.

Just as on the photos, great location and price and incredibly responsive host! We had an issue with a blocked drain in the shower. I contacted the host and the plumber had fixed it in 1 hour from my initial text.

Appartement très spacieux et confortable,pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants Le convertible était de bonne qualité, pas de plaintes des enfants 😉 La clim était très appréciée, et alors ce qu'on a adoré c'est le frigo avec eau fraîche et distributeur de glaçons ou glace pilée, super agréable après une bonne journée de visite Pour se garer, nous avons trouvé près du Lidl juste derrière des rue gratuites.

L'emplacement est bien, mais.il faut comper 15 à 20minutes de marches pour accéder à la ville historique Et après c'est au 5eme étage sans ascenseur.... je n'avais pas fait attention,....monter les bagages c'est sportif ou le soir après les visites on est content d'arriver Mais.le confort de l'appart, efface vite tout ça

Location was great for us. 25 minutes to walk into the center. Washing machine available, which was a great bonus. The apartment is on the 5th floor and it is 95 steps, so you really need to be fit. I used this staircase to do my morning exercise, 30 minutes steps... The aircon was broken and could not be used at all, and it was 33ºC. They fixed the situation the next day by bringing us an extra fan and a good refund for the inconvenience. We found that the situation was handled well. On different times of the day, we did see empty parking spaces on the left side of the road. Supermarket is less than 5 minutes walking. Lots of towels.

The parking situation was unclear. We had to ask a neighbour who then explained to us that parking on the left side of the road is free, and on the right side of the street €3 per hour. It would have been nice if the hosts would have communicated. Also wifi password, why is it not sent to us or printed somewhere. We had to ask, then they said we have to check at the back of the router, which was tiny. The shower was blocked but we did find a plunger in the kitchen and cleared it ourselves.

Quite spacious apartment Pretty much everything is available for a longer stay. TV has netflix, prime, disney etc The owner of the apartment is helpful and polite.

The staff that is managing the property is very unresponsive. They never replied to any of my messages. They didn't send me check in instructions so I sent them messages on the day of arrival which were unanswered. I called them but no one picked up. I ended up booking another hotel that night. It cost me 135 euros extra. Edit: This is response to staff's response. They are saying I did not complete the online check in on time. I completed the online check in on 07 June and check in was on 13 June. So they had 6 days to send me the check in instructions. But they did not. Furthermore, they are denying this. I think I deserve the refund of the extra cost I incurred.
