Donkey clinic and education center

Clean and comfortable room. Amazing delicious local food. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Calm and beautiful property. And what these guys are doing for the Donkeys and other animals is just amazing. Support them and stay here, it's absolutely worth it!

Logement atypique, chambre d'hôtes dans une clinique d'âne, nous avons donc rencontré les ânes. L'hôte nous a très bien accueilli et expliqué ce qu'il faisaient dans la clinique.

Sehr schöner ruhiger Ort. Direkt bei en Eseln. Die Betreiber waren sehr nett und haben alles super erklärt. Das Essen vor Ort war super lecker!

The clinic is amazing, so are the hosts. It’s a bit of a random location on Mannar Island with all points of interest about 20-30 minutes but so worth staying here a night or two. They also made us brilliant food and the room was super comfortable too.

Ładny i zadbany teren, gospodarz odprowadził po posesji i opowiadał o osiołkach. Bardzo ciekawy projekt i warto go wesprzeć. Minusem jest to, że ośrodek daleko położony, ale mieliśmy tego świadomość, mieliśmy swój środek transportu. Warto poprosić właściciele, aby odebrał was z przystanku jeśli podróżuje się autobusem. Warto zamówić sobie kolację i śniadanie, bo wszędzie daleko. Ceny są ok.

Ran by a wonderful family: this organization is working on mending the relationship between donkey and human. We stayed at the donkey clinic for a couple nights and got to know the impact of this place. We highly recommend you come stay at the clinic or at least come for a proper tour and get to know the donkeys and the people behind the project. The donkeys were so tiny and cute. The accommodation was comfortable and very good value for money. The evening meal was huge and delicious.

Very friendly, helpful staff and an interesting insight to this worthwhile charity. Accommodation was adequate and value for money. Meals cooked by the family were truly delicious. The area around nearby lagoons was excellent for bird watching.
