Me gusta la atención del personal, eran amables

No me gustó que al llegar al hotel no habían registrado mi reserva y me tuvieron que llevar a otro hotel donde tuve que caminar con mi maleta. Llegando me dieron cualquier habitación donde en el baño encontré una araña por el lavadero. La ubicación fue mala porque por ese lugar no había taxis y tampoco los taxis querían llegar por el difícil acceso a pesar de que queda cerca a la plaza. Calles muy angostas. El desayuno que me dieron fue un sanguche que parecía guardado, un agua y una fruta... No lo recomiendo mala experiencia.

"Super Hôtel bien situé dans le centre de Cusco"

Emplacement idéal dans le centre de Cusco dans un très beau quartier au calme. Le lit était super confortable. Le personnel très sympathique et toujours souriant. Nous avions prévu trois nuits au départ, puis nous avons décidé d'y séjourner deux nuits supplémentaires.
