Caliente, cerca de la plaza de cuzco, agua caliente, desayuno buffet agradable, muy bien para el precio.

"Funcional y práctico"

Buen desayuno. Hotel bien ubicado y buena atención del equipo. Está súper cerca de todo lo que es San Blas y ayuda a mirar Cusco desde ahí. A unos 15 minutos a pie a la plaza de armas de Cusco.

La habitación en la que estuvimos 301 tiene un tragaluz que da directo a la cama, a las 5:30 am ya entraba luz al cuarto complicando el descanso.

"Comfortable stay in a great location"

Location was fantastic and staff were very friendly and helpful!

I stayed in 3 different rooms as I had separate bookings for before/after the Inka trail hike, and then I needed to book an extra room because my stay in Cusco was lengthened. All the rooms were comfortable, however, because the first room didn't have any windows in the bathroom, there was black mould all over the grouting in the shower and bathroom. The second room had lots of cobwebs hanging down from the wall. The third bedroom was great!

"No siempre hay agua caliente"

Tenía lugar para colgar la ropa y frazadas extra.

Estaba bañándome y se terminó el agua caliente en pleno baño, tuve que terminar con agua helada, fue muy desagradable

Personal sehr freundlich! Terrasse zum Frühstück am Dach mit Blick auf die Kathedrale, jedoch wo sitzt man, wenn es wirklich kalt ist? Frühstück ausreichend grundsätzlich sauber

leider keine Haken im Badezimmer Betten sind etwas weich, Matratzen sollten erneuert werden, Polster zumindest für mich zu hart Frühstück leider erst ab 700 Uhr keine Lampe beim Bett Wasser wird warm, man braucht nur unendlich viel Geduld! außer, ich denke es ist der Eigentümer, spricht kaum jemand Englisch nach einer Nacht hat das Wasser nicht mehr funktioniert, unproblematischer Wechsel von Zimmer 205 auf 211, beide Zimmer jedoch keine Fenster! Nr. 211 hat nur Fenster auf den Gang hinaus Decke im Badezimmer ist schon etwas schimmelig, ebenso der Duschvorhang leider kein Licht beim Bett
