Le personnel de l’hôtel que ce soit Mr Wan, le guide et réceptionniste (Sy je crois), la cuisinière et le chauffeur de Tuk Tuk est d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquable ! Au petits soins avec nous, échanger avec eux à été très agréable. L’emplacement est un peu loin de la ville mais facile d’accès en Tuk Tuk. De toute façons, l’endroit se suffit à lui même ! Au milieu des montagne face à la jungle et au dessus d’une rivière, ce cadre idyllique est parfait si vous souhaitez vous reposer. Possibilité de louer des kayak et scooters électriques. Si vous avez besoin d’aller et venir en ville, Mr Wan appellera le Tuk Tuk pour vous. Je conseille l’excursion à Muang Nhgoy en bateau avec Sy : les paysages sont magnifiques , la petite rando vers la cascade pas super difficile et l’histoire tragique de la grotte mérite le détour. Très propre. Nous avions loué une tente et un bungalow. La tente fait largement le taf pour le prix payé. Les bungalows sont plus confortables, plus équipés, leur vue est super.

Good location. It is close to the night market and Restaurants. Beside, some attractions can walk by if you want But prefer to use LOCA or inDrive. For breakfast it should be ‘Okay’ for non-Muslim But it is limited. The staff at there quite nice.

The receptionist quite unhelpful. Barely can speak English. Even though using translator , he cant understand some question. For room , Hopefully can add more suitable location of power points/plug. The furniture COULD be upgrade as it too rundown. It depending to the room. As for me, i got the outdated and shabby room. It is unpleasant to see Which got some Broken part especially The ghostly looks of Broken ceiling. It is room with windows but cannot open and the room So small , So it feel suffocation. The most disappointed, i need to pay extra for the bed sheet end of the day. Due to rush to train Station i just pay it without confront/fight about it. But seriously The bed surely dirty with many spot/marks. Even got many strand of hairs. It just cover with the bedsheet. It my mistake for not check at first. So please carefull and Take note about this.

Location was great View of river was good on 7th floor We arrived a couple of hours early and were grateful that we could check in early.

The room was different than the photo. We paid more to have a balcony which looked nice with 2 chairs but it was just a table with an old broken. Hair. The air conditioner was old and noisy - like a train all night. The staff seemed disinterested in helping - we had to go to reception a few times to get more toilet roll and water. We mentioned a light in our room didn’t work but no one did anything. At breakfast we had to remind the staff to replenish the plates of food before they noticed.

The property was in a great location.

We had issues with our room (damp, unclean, insects). However, when we complained we were moved to a nicer room.
