the property, common rooms and location was very nice

Bed bugs, after we left we were covered by bites in the morning. typical in Italy but this hotel seems comfortable enough to take care about this things. Bathroom was not in the room. Noone at the reception Other guest (big group of cyclist) man who were very laud and they walked half naked around hotel, very uncomfortable when you need to pass them while heading to you bedroom

Příjemné bezobsažné ubytování kousek od Passo San Boldo. Ubytování rekonstruované, bez snídaně. Některé pokoje mají příslušenství mimo pokoj, ale kvalitní. Ve vesnici hospůdka nebo kousek směrem k San Baldu benzinka, kde se dá pojíst.

Everything was 10/10. The place exceeded our expectations. Staff was very kind and check-in (we did it outside office hours) was really easy.

Only inconvenience is that we had a private toilet but it was located outside of the room, so not ideal (although we knew before booking the place, it was not a surprise).
