Gò Chanh Homestay

J'ai passé 2 jours formidables dans cet homestay. Le personnel est au petit soin pour vos moindres demandes, et ils vous donnent des conseils de visite autour du lieu. Le homestay est dans la campagne près de Can Tho et le lieu est très reposant, avec un petit jardin où vous pouvez vous poser. Les alentours sont très jolis en scooter. Et il y a un marché tout proche avec de l'animation le soir. Mettez de l' anti moustique !

Les vélos disponibles en libre service sont en mauvais état. Il faut s'attendre à dérailler 😅

El trato del personal es genial. Mención especial para Duy :) las instalaciones son preciosas y muy relajantes. Desayuno y cena muy ricos. Todo estupendo. Repetiríamos.

El tour que contratamos para el Mekong fue muy cortito y el guía no hablaba inglés.

Lovely well maintained clean garden and ponds, quiet and peacefull setting, big bright deluxe room with 2 big confortable beds, fridge, good wifi, fan and aircon, with large outside sitting area. Absolutely delightfull staff, always smiling and willing to help!! The homestay is about 1,5 km from a small town with a small market but otherwise very limited services, only 1 full serviced restaurant, a couple of soup places and small outdoor eateries. Breakfast and supper were available at the homestay but it was very limited in choices during our stay. We enjoyed biking in the lovely countryside every day. People were very friendly in town, patient with our necessary use of google translate. Nice place for a short stay, offering good value but limited services, for people with travelling experience(as you are off the beaten track) who want to spend a few days quietly exploring the countryside by bike.

Although there are many bikes to lend out, repairs on most are needed, seats, handelbars, brakes and tires absolutely needed to be checked before heading out. We appreciated that the host organized our pick-up from Can Tho for a reasonnable price but otherwise during all our stay we had absolutely very little contact with the owners and were somewhat disappointed considering the comments we had read about their hospitality... Again, meal options on site did not satisfy our expectations considering the comments that were posted.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and warm. Cooked us a fantastic meal. When we had to leave really early in the morning for a tour, they had no problem getting up to open the gate for us. Also, they had a family birthday and welcomed us to their amazing party and introduced us to all the family and friends. The property is beautiful, too.

No hairdryer or handsoap in the bungalows. Minor detail.
