Orden Apart Hotel

Czysty, schludny, przestronny, z dobrymi udogodnieniami i super lokalizacja. Przemiły personel. Polecam.

Obiekt zlokalizowany w idealnym miejscu do zwiedzania miasta. Blisko wszędzie na piechotę, ale jakby ktoś chciał jeździć to 5 minut do stacji metrem. Nowy obiekt z małym parkingiem, windą. W mieście, ale było cicho i spokojnie. wifi bardzo dobre. Mieliśmy bardzo dużo przestrzeni w apartamencie. Dobre śniadania. Blisko dużo sklepów i straganów z dużą ilością wspaniałych owoców i warzyw.

Brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience. był jeden na 3 osoby :( przydałyby się ręczniki papierowe w kuchni. Niestety w szafkach było brudno i ręcznik łazienkowy na podłogę był brudny. Warto, aby sprzątanie nie było tylko po wierzchu. Białe podłogi, a sprzątanie raz na 3 dni i niestety widać na tych białych kafelkach brud (może mop lub szczotka do zamiatania w pokoju). Bardzo wąski wjazd na parking, naprawdę wyzwanie. Mamy duże doświadczenie w wjeżdżaniu na wąskie parkingi, ale tym razem pomagał nam Pan pracujący w hotelu:)

The receptiona staff was courteous and decent and wanted to help with the limited resources available

The house keeping team was not done well when we received the room, The sofa bed was not made. We were notable to switch onnyhe ac and the only person availablenwho was reception staff couldnnot help Seems it was the hotel policy thatthe guest themselves had to make the sofa bed . Both the reception staff and we jad a big struggle to finally get the bed set .the elevator to the hotel apartment was so narrow it wouldn't even fit our 3 membered family in 1go Breakfast was also disappointing There was a day when the waitress said they even ran out of butter . But when i showed i was upset suddenly butter came out from.nowehere The apartment lacked any stands to keep the luggage Some of the basic utensils like frying pan and glasses were not provided in the kitchen for which we kept shuttling back and fiorth to reception which they provide when requested We raised complaints a with the manager about our substandard experience after which the management an dhouse keepin took special efforts to make our further stay comfortable

Everything was wonderful. The apartments were beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. Thank you!

Проживали в этом отеле в конце июля. Все очень удобно, красиво и комфортно. Персонал откликается на все просьбы и внимательно решает все вопросы. Очень красивый вид из окна. А в номерах уютно и есть все для комфортного отдыха (стиральная машина, плита, посуда…). Все так, как заявлено в описании и даже лучше. Близко от всех достопримечательностях. А выше гостиницы есть невероятной красоты храм, где можно гулять.
