The apartment is amazing! Exceptionally clean and beautifully designed. Highly recommended.

No breakfast - that was understood from the outset. But there was a nice Nespresso machine, ample supplies and well equipped kitchen - perfect. Only downside: a long climb up for the lovely view of the sea and Minturno.

No complaints whatsoever. An elevator would be nice - but I can use the exercise.

The entire stay was very pleasant and even the smallest details were thought out. The interior design was very stylish, old and new furniture mixed. The view was great. Shops and eateries were nearby. A very convenient stopover on a trip to the south.

By far, the best place I’ve stayed in Italy. - View is sensational… panoramic sea view and sun from rise til set can be enjoyed from the good sized balcony all day. - So much care and love is put into your stay with perfectly lovely communication and plenty of facilities and little touches such as extra virgin olive oil and business cards of local services. - The kitchens a joy to use - best nights sleep in ages, in darkness and peace - the pianos a beautiful touch - well decorated - shower gets nice and warm quickly and it’s powerful… super good hairdryer with adaptors! - tv set up for Netflix

A recently & thoughtfully updated, equipped, and decorated apartment of a high standard. Ideal for our needs. And a great, wide view from the balcony towards the sea, and along the coast from.Gaeta to the Garigliano, and beyond. Location is 5 mins walk uphill to centre of Minturno. We were investigating military history in the area and the hosts made some very helpful introductions that made our mission much more successful - thank you Giusy & Asunta.
