Estudio-Moon Rise

The staff was accommodating and allowed me both an early check-in and a late check-out. The location is also fantastic—it is situated in a very nice, quiet neighborhood near the end of the walk, yet still within easy reach of great local restaurants and sights.

The experience started on a rough note with a uniquely short, half-sized entry door that was difficult to navigate. There was a noticeable, persistent moldy odor at the bottom of the stairs, and the accommodations themselves fell short; the "bed" is actually a very uncomfortable fold-out couch that left me with a sore back. The shower is incredibly cramped with nowhere to place toiletries except the floor, and it lacks a wall mount for the shower wand. While basic kitchen amenities like a stovetop, a sink, and minimal dishes are provided, the overall setup was a bit below average

Die Lage ist gut.

1) Die Vermieter, deren Namen ich nie erfahren habe, verweigerten die Kommunikation. Ich stand im Regen und musste drei Mal anrufen, um die PIN-Code für die Tür zu bekommen. Als ich via "Booking-Nachricht" nach dem WLAN-Passwort fragte, bekamt ich keine Antwort. Ich schrieb acht Nachrichten. Irgendwann kam kurz gebunden, ich hätte ein PDF-Dokument bekommen. Habe ich aber nicht. Ich bettelte weiter, bekam aber das Passwort nicht. 2) Ich wusste auch nicht, wie mit dem Müll umzugehen ist. 3) Wenn man in der Nacht das Licht anschaltet, dann sieht man, was so alles krabbelt. Unangenehm. 4) Der Schlüssel passt auch zu dem unteren Apartment. (ich habe mich einmal in der Tür vertan und stand erschrocken in einem fremden Apartment.) Das heißt im Umkehr, dass andere Personen den Zugang zu dem gemieteten Apartment haben. Als allein reisende Frau fühlte ich mich dadurch sehr unsicher. 5) Es gibt keine Möglichkeit eine nasse Jacke irgendwo aufzuhängen. 6) Der Zugang zum Wandschrank ist durch einen Sessel versperrt. 7) Die Couch ist sehr unbequem. Es ist besser, wenn man sie zusammenbaut und als ein sehr schmales Bett nutzt.
