Orchid House Baja

This place is AMAZING. The Presidential suite was gorgeous and beautifully setup. The staff, including the concierge Alfredo, and the restaurant staff and bartenders (Oscar and others) were amazing. The best restaurant in La Paz (Seaside Restaurant) is right next door! It has a private beach with a bar/beach club and the private bar for the hotel is right outside the lobby. The views are incredible. This place is very private, a perfect place for a romantic/restful getaway. We fell in love with La Paz and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful view, atmosphere, design

Not delicious food

The location is incredible and had the best sunset I have ever seen. really beautiful place to relax and the staff were attentive. Very quiet and relaxed place- great for couples but as a group of friends we felt like we wanted a bit more atmosphere. Thank you for organising our trip to snorkel with the sea lions.

There were a lot of flies around the pool area and breakfast area which was very annoying and indicated there must be something wrong on the property. Drink were very expensive for the area and though it is a five star accommodation something special was missing, it felt like it had just opened and needed to bed in more.

It was in a quiet place and very close, walking distance to the beach. The hotel is very beautiful, is great they got that beautiful historical house and transform it into a beautiful boutique hotel.

Breakfast was very simple for such an expensive hotel, and if you wanted something else they charge you. I think you already pay a lot, so at least you should get an amazing breakfast included in the price. With that minor change they can make a big difference, I am sure they will have it in mind.

It’s beautiful, calm, breezy and welcoming

This was our second time staying at this hotel this year. We came in January of this year, which was just right after they had opened. We came back because the room was spacious and very comfortable, and the facility was beautifully designed. I love the pool and lounge area as well. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place in La Paz, this is a good place to stay.

The first time we came, they had a good breakfast. I am not sure if they changed the chefs, but this time, the breakfast wasn't as good as what I remembered. We always got continental breakfast and ordered other things from the menu, but this time, I felt that quality had gone down.

What an incredible property; only 10 rooms! The entire staff is absolutely incredible, attentive, and wonderful. The pool sunset views are gorgeous. There is a semi private beautiful beach steps below. This place is paradise.

Honestly cannot think of anything, this place exceeded our expectations in every way.
