My recent stay at Pamposh left much to be desired. While the facilities were adequate and the location convenient, the overall experience was marred by the attitude of the reception staff. Unfortunately, they exhibited arrogance and a lack of professionalism, making interactions unpleasant. Despite the potential of the hotel, the poor customer service significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of my stay.

"A very Bad Experience"

Nothing was good. May be food related services are ok.

Very Poor Property. While checking in the Manager wanted me to cancel the booking in www.booking.com saying he can arrange a better room at a lower cost. Rooms are dirty-linens not cleaned - refused to give a 2nd room heater.
