It is a new building. It has a parking area. Apartment is really spacious. Family that owns the place is nice and helpful. You can get to the beach and bus stop in about 12 minutes of walking. Huge tv is also nice. I also appreciated that area is not noisy.

I would add curtains for small windows in the living room for more privacy when neighbours are outside in the garden. Bedrooms have them.

The accommodation is absolutely nice, beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a large fridge. The bathroom is spacious and nice. It has a beautiful view of an open space to the mountains, where you can appreciate the beautiful sky at night on the comfortable terrace. Astryt the owner is very friendly. He was always attentive if we needed anything and even brought us water and fruits when we arrived late. He is a great neighbour and friend, he shared with us a few times. He also drove us in his car to the supermarket to stock up on groceries. The location is 8 - 10 minutes walk from the bus stop and Ipsos beach which is beautiful, safe and nice for swimming at any time. On Ipsos beach there are many restaurants, bars and mini markets. Totally recommended.

I highly recommend staying at this holiday spot in Corfu! Four of us girls stayed here for a week, and it was an amazing experience. Our host, Astrit, was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. He made sure we felt at home and was always available to give us tips on local attractions and great restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The location was also ideal – close to the beach and in a quiet part of the island, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation to the fullest. Overall, our stay in Corfu was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to Astrit's hospitality and the wonderful holiday spot. We will definitely be coming back!
