Review Resort&Spa

Locație superbă, ușor de găsit și toate facilitățile disponibile, mai puțin sauna care era defectă. Am apreciat că doamnele care se ocupă de menajul zilnic vorbesc atât maghiară, cât și română, la fel și dl. administrator. Chicineta este dotată suficient, căsuța respectă inclusiv regulile de intimitate față de celelalte persoane cazate.

Căsuța asignată nouă avea o problemă de refulare a apei de sub cădița de duș, care inunda puțin podeaua băii, însă ne-am descurcat să ținem problema sub control folosind mopul lăsat afară. Aș recomanda o atenție sporită la curățenie, deoarece am remarcat pânze de păianjen atârnând de tavan sau în colțuri ale camerelor. Oricum, doamnele de la menaj sunt niște drăguțe.

Its a perfect place to relax with lots to see around it. The checkin flexibility helped us a lot and we loved moving between the pool and the jacuzzi.

Good location, great facilities, after a day of activities and hiking the spa and the sauna is amazing. The pool was clean and the overall place was good. Highly recommended!

Nothing that i can think of

Second time we stayed here, all is as described, good internet, really nice patio all the houses have them, confortable, also they left us 2 bottles of water in the fridge, as the tap water is not suited for drinking. Also the 2 bedroom villa is a 2 bedroom villa, we had questions as you cannot make it out from the photo listing! Very quiet and a really nice view!

Well i have 2 things to say: First keep in mind that the toilet bowl is fitted very high, so if you are below 1.8 meters tall ( i guessed as i am 1.7 mtall) your feet will dangle. Second we stayed for 3 nights, and we were 3 persons, but they let only 3 coffe capsules for the expresso machine, i understand that this is something extra that it is not even mentioned or included , but we were not able to find at any close shop that type of capsules some special capsules from nescafe, much larger than the commercial ones. These are just observations, nothing to make me givie a bad score!

The location was nice, there was a pool, sauna and jacuzzi

I would recommend higher attention on the cleaning. The table, the kitchen were not properly cleaned.
